1936 Vanderbilt Cup USA - Marquis George Raphaël Béthenod de las Casas, better known as 'Raph', at the wheel of his Tipo V8RI (chassis #4504). Raph stopped on the ninth lap, received a push-start and was promptly disqualified. Frustrated by events, he sold the car soon after. |
