A complete work, 300 pages of thoughts, words, works and omissions of the two brothers Villa and the world that revolved around them. Many photos and news unpublished, provided by Simona, Marco e Milena Villa. This volume is unique and absolutely not to be missed !!

Not everyone knows who Francesco and Walter Villa were. Who were the Villa family, a family who have dedicated their lives to motorcycles ? However, from now on it will be easier to understand, thanks to the book "Villa - Epopea di Campioni" written by E. Rodeghiero. This book tells their story. Erio Rodeghiero has been able to tell magically a whole complex, the symbols of those years. Printed in hardback portrait format (33.0 cm x 25.0 cm), the book contains around 300 pages with over 600 illustrations, many of them previously unpublished. Having collaborated with the author, we have the availability of some volumes that we may also have to autograph by Francesco Villa (and possibly dedicated, on request). Si è appena conclusa la 14^ edizione del Memorial Walter Villa che si è tenuta sull'impianto sportivo di Marzaglia con un buon afflusso di pubblico nonostante le bizze del meteo che ha in parte condizionato lo svolgimento dell'evento. The 14th edition of the Memorial Walter Villa held at the Marzaglia sports facility concluded with a good number of visitors, despite the whims of the weather which had partly affected the event. La manifestazione si è svolta col consueto entusiasmo dei partecipanti e del pubblico, che ha potuto ammirare moto davvero importanti ed esclusive, tra moderne e d'epoca. The event took place with the usual enthusiasm of participants and public, who could admire very important and exclusive motorcycles, including both modern and vintage. **I visitatori alla nostra esposizione - Visitors to our stand Giancarlo Falappa in vista alla nostra esposizione - Giancarlo Falappa visits our stand** Molto ammirato il nostro stand, all'interno dei box, nel quale la nostra associazione aveva allestito una nutrita esposizione dei più rappresentativi modelli della produzione della Moto Villa da velocità, tra i cui visitatori abbiamo avuto l'onore di accogliere e salutare Giancarlo Falappa, il Leone di Jesi, che iniziò la carriera agonistica come pilota ufficiale della Moto Villa nel Cross, passando poi alla velocità, in particolare nella Superbike in sella alle Ducati, sulle quali colse entusiasmanti successi. Nel nostro stand erano esposte una Moto Villa 125 PR del 1968 sulla quale ha gareggiato Francesco Villa, una Moto Villa 250 PR del 1969 utilizzata da Walter Villa nel Campionato Mondiale, una Villa Supermono del 1988, una Moto Villa 125 TT4 del 1981 e una piccola Moto Villa Minibimbo. Much admired was our stand, inside the pits, in which our association had set up a large exhibition of the most representative of Moto Villa production speed models, among whose guests we had the honour of welcoming and meeting Giancarlo Falappa, the 'Leone di Jesi', who began his racing career as an Official rider for Moto Villa in the motocross, then moved to road racing, especially riding the Ducati Superbike, on which he gained exciting successes. On our stand were exhibited a 1968 Moto Villa 125 PR on which Francesco Villa had competed, a 1969 Moto Villa 250 PR used by Walter Villa during the World Championship, a 1988 Villa Supermono, a 1981 Moto Villa 125 TT4, and a small Moto Villa Minibimbo. Le Moto Villa Minibimbo sono vere e proprie motociclette in miniatura che Francesco propose durante tutto il periodo produttivo della Moto Villa, offerte in versione moto da velocità col modello Daytona e nella versione fuoristrada col modello Minicross. Erano piccole moto dedicate ad una utenza giovanissima e costituivano il mezzo ideale per il primo approccio al motociclismo, un sogno per i più piccoli così come erano un sogno le moto grosse per i loro papà. E' proprio a proposito di questa particolare filosofia di Francesco Villa, riguardo ai giovanissimi, che il Motoclub Ghirlandina Walter e Romano Villa ha organizzato appositamente per il Memorial Walter Villa 2016 una simpatica iniziativa, rivolta ai più piccoli, che prevedeva un training di alcuni giri su un percorso birillato. Il Presidente del Motoclub Fulvio Vannoni e i suoi collaboratori Fernando Salvatori, Sergio Seghedoni e Marco e Simona Villa hanno messo a disposizione dei bambini (purchè accompagnati dai genitori) delle minimoto e il percorso birillato, riscuotendo grande successo. The Moto Villa Minibimbo are real motorcycles in miniature that Francis proposed during the entire production period of Moto Villa, offered as a speed bike with the 'Daytona' and as an off-road with the 'Minicross' model. They were small motorcycles dedicated to a young audience and were the ideal means for their first approach to motorcycling, a dream for the little ones as were the big bikes a dream for their fathers. It's all about this particular philosophy of Francesco Villa, about the youngsters, that the Moto Club Ghirlandina of Walter and Romano Villa have specifically organized this delightful initiative for the 2016 Memorial Walter Villa, aimed at the younger generation, which included some training laps over a specially prepared course. The President of Motoclub, Fulvio Vannoni and his collaborators Fernando Salvatori, Sergio Seghedoni with Marco and Simona Villa have placed minimoto and the prepared course at the children's disposal (when accompanied by parents), enjoying great success. Per i grandi invece, molto nutrito il programma riservato ai turni in pista su entrambe le giornate, con la possibilità di effettuare turni di prove per tutti, dagli amatori agli esperti, ai piloti con licenza. La manifestazione si è conclusa col grande successo che era prevedibile. For the adults however, very appetizing was the programme reserved for turns on the track on both days, with the possibility of practice laps for all licensed riders, from amateurs to experts.
