La storia del Menu dei motori

Enzo Ferrari, sin dai tempi della mitica Scuderia Ferrari di Viale Trento e Trieste a Modena, aveva l'abitudine di festeggiare qualsiasi evento (vittorie, contratti, ecc.) con cene in cui non faceva mai mancare dei menu motoristici dedicati. Lo stesso faceva Ferruccio Lamborghini nelle occasioni importanti, come ad esempio il 20° della Miura. E' del tutto naturale che questa particolare tradizione, tipica del "Pianeta Modena", continui ancora oggi, per mezzo del Menu dei Motori, chiaramente con il supporto di tutte le Case automobilistiche interessate (Ferrari, Maserati, AlfaRomeo, Lamborghini, Pagani, Ducati) che, non a caso, ne seguono direttamente la distribuzione in Italia. Tutto ciò è stato possibile, grazie alla passione di Lauro Malavolti: in gioventù cameriere personale di Enzo Ferrari e poi ristoratore preferito dei vari Ferruccio Lamborghini, Alejandro De Tomaso, Sergio Scaglietti, Franco Gozzi, ecc.

Partendo dalla base di un simile back ground, oltretutto ancor più rafforzato da un ambiente ricco di abilissimi artigiani e piccole ma molto professionali aziende specializzate, tutte facenti parte di quell'humus, generato a Modena dalle stesse celebrate aziende di supercar, non potevo certo rimanere indifferente ad un simile fenomeno!

Per tutte queste ragioni la molla della passione, fece scattare nel sottoscritto l'idea del "Menu dei Motori": un'idea con cui non voglio stare ad annoiarvi con lunghe descrizioni ( molto meglio consultare direttamente le copie del Menu dei Motori, per capire perfettamente di cosa si tratta ), ma che, da oltre dieci anni , si sviluppa e si migliora anno dopo anno, quasi incurante delle ripetute crisi economiche, ma sempre in crescita continua, perché supportata da una sempre maggiore schiera di appassionati e collezionisti, provenienti da tutto il mondo.

Un'idea che oggi, dopo la soddisfazione della collaborazione da parte di tutte le case automobilistiche e di Ruoteclassiche, ora ho il piacere di affidare anche a tutta la rete di librerie e negozi specializzati legati al grande evento di quest'anno, il 60° Anniversario della Ferrari: certo che sapranno farla crescere ancora, a beneficio di tutto l'ambiente del "Pianeta Modena", ma soprattutto dei tanti collezionisti ed appassionati che leggono e collezionano il "Menu dei Motori".

Leaving from the base of a similar one back ground, oltretutto still more strengthened from a rich atmosphere of most skillful craftsmen and small but many professional specialized companies, all making part of that humus, generated to Modena from the same ones celebrated companies of supercar, could not sure remain indifferent to a similar phenomenon!
